4. What are the credit cards accepted at PayPaid?

The company accepts a wide and flexible range of cards including Visa and MasterCard for all the instant online sales and services.

5. Any charges when signing-up with PayPaid?

You will be happy to know that at Paypaid, there are absolutely no charges for signing-up! It’s absolutely free and there are no hidden charges as well.

6. Are we supposed to pay any sort of additional fees or payments if we wish to make changes to our account?

For existing members, if you wish to make any changes, you are liable to pay a meager amount of fees which will include all sorts of changes whatsoever.

7. Is there any facility of API interface?

The company offers to you the latest XML API interfaces.

8. What if the merchants from other countries for example residing somewhere out of Canada and United States of America wants to be a part of this service?

PayPaid welcome all merchants worldwide and join to enjoy our services.

9. Does PayPaid offer any 1-900 or checks processing payment alternatives?

Currently, we do not provide any of such services.

10. Do you've fix pricing or can I charge whatsoever I want?

Yes, you can charge whatever you like, yet as long as it's more than $4.95 and less than $599.95.

11. Do you take both electronic and physical delivery merchandisers?

Yes, we offer both services

12. Does the merchant Internet site require to be hosted in Canada or America?

No, it’s entirely up to you, where you want your website to be hosted or registered. Yet you need to hyperlink to us for secure transactions. So it really does not matter where you and your website are.

13. Do I have to keep any application at my site?

All the applications are managed at our server. You just need to redirect the order to our secure server.

14. Do you've a holdback on sales income on credit card services?

A deposit for the sake of security is compulsory for all accounts. Presently we take off 5-10% for holdback fund. These will be refunded to you within 180 days.

15. Am I notified when there is a chargeback?

Yes, a notification email will be sent to you when a chargeback is processed. All the emails will send to the address that you have provided in the database for Account Information, and not the email address which is in the Website Information database. The fee for chargeback is put in the payment for next period.

16. Can I dispute chargeback?

You can only dispute a chargeback if you have kind of proof of delivery of the product:

a. Chargeback code for MasterCard is 4855 and Visa is 30.

b. If signature of the person are same as the one who ordered the items.

c. When Signature can be viewed

d. Proof of delivery should be provided with in 3 working days after receiving chargeback.

17. Can I check my sales statistic at any time?

You can check your sales statistics at any time of the day simply by logging in to our Merchant Control Panel.

18. Do I need to purchase of install special software or hardware to make use of PayPaid?

You are not required to use any special software or hardware as PayPaid will provide you with everything necessary. PayPaid will also give you complete support with an interface thatallows the systems to communicate with each other. Setup of the account is fast and easy.

19. Do I get a real merchant account if I apply for own descriptor?

For big turnover merchants, PayPaid will setup your own description with a domain and phone number which customers will be able to see in their bank statements. You will need to pay a setup fee from the first sales for this service.

20. Is there any limit on sales volume?

There is no limitation on sales volume. You can process as much as you want to. You can have the opportunity to set volume limit for your business if you want to by our help.

21. What currencies can the transaction be accepted in?

Transactions are accepted in Thai Baht, US Dollars and EURO

22. What is a chargeback?

Chargeback is a forced refund from the credit card company of a customer. This happens when cardholder decides to dispute charge on his/her credit card bill mostly because of some fraudulent use of credit card. The rules of credit card associations state that internet merchants should accept credit card fraud as a portion of the normal risk associated with business on internet. Amount of credit card fraud is dependent on nature’s business. In order to reduce chargeback, merchants should try to take as much information as possible from their customers’ and performing phone order confirmation. Only proceed with the order if it is found valid. Chargeback fee is penalty fee which will passes on to the merchant.

23. What is Holdback?

Holdback is a percentage of transactions amount can be used to prevent loss due to chargeback. Holdback usually is 5-10% for a period of 180 days. After 180 days the funds are released to your account. This fund is calculated and withheld for every period of payout.
